SETCO Services, LLC was established in 1999 as a full-service title company providing both commercial and residential closing services to individuals, lenders and developers throughout northwest Florida. Since that time the company has expanded from its initial office in Miramar Beach to a total of eight offices strategically located along Florida’s northern Gulf Coast, covering the geographic region from Escambia to Bay counties.
